Requirements

Can I use an international driver's license?+
Yes. We accept valid driver's licenses from all countries. International licenses are welcome.
Do I need insurance?+
Yes. Insurance is required by Florida state law. We accept full coverage policies from State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Allstate, and Infinity. Please note that policies from Puerto Rico and Canada are NOT accepted. You must provide a declaration page issued at least 15 days before the rental date.
What is the minimum age to rent?+
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Renters between 21 and 24 years old are subject to an underage surcharge.

Service

Do you pick up and drop off customers?+
Yes. We offer pickup and drop-off services for our customers.
Do you pick up from airports?+
Yes. We provide airport pickup at all four of our locations. At Orlando International Airport (MCO), meet us at Level 1 Ground Transportation in areas A11/A12 or B11/B12.
Do you deliver to hotels?+
Yes. We can deliver your vehicle directly to your hotel. The customer must be present at the hotel to sign the rental agreement in person.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required at the time of pickup.
Can I use someone else's credit card?+
Yes. However, the cardholder must be present at the time of pickup to authorize the transaction.

Deposit

Is a deposit required?+
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup.
How much is the deposit?+
The deposit ranges from $150 to $2,500 depending on the vehicle type and your insurance coverage.

Vehicles

What types of vehicles do you offer?+
We offer economy, compact, midsize, full size, SUVs, and minivans. Visit our Fleet page for full details and pricing.
Do all vehicles have A/C?+
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet comes equipped with air conditioning.
Do you offer hourly rentals?+
Yes. We offer hourly rentals with a minimum of 4 hours.
Do you have stick shift vehicles?+
Our fleet is mostly automatic transmission. Manual (stick shift) vehicles are available upon request, subject to availability.

Cancellation

What is your cancellation policy?+
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Extras

What extras are available?+
We offer baby seats and GPS devices for an additional fee. Tolls and fuel are not included in the rental price.
Can I drive out of state?+
Yes. Out-of-state travel is available for an additional fee. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Do you offer monthly rentals?+
Yes. Monthly rental plans are available. Contact us for special long-term rates.

Returning Your Vehicle

What are the return requirements?+
Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it: clean, free of damage, and with the same fuel level. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges.
