Please review the following terms before completing your reservation.

Pickup Instructions+

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

After collecting your luggage, proceed to Level 1 Ground Transportation. Depending on your terminal, meet our driver in Terminal A areas A11 or A12, or Terminal B areas B11 or B12. Look for our Sonic Car Rental representative.

Other Locations

For pickup at Tampa, Miami, or Fort Lauderdale, please contact us for specific instructions. We will coordinate the exact meeting point based on your arrival details.

Insurance Requirements+

Florida State Law

Insurance coverage is required by Florida state law for all rental vehicles. You must provide proof of valid coverage before picking up your vehicle.

Accepted Providers

We accept full coverage insurance from the following providers: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Allstate, and Infinity. Only full coverage policies are accepted — liability-only policies do not qualify.

Important Restrictions

Insurance policies issued in Puerto Rico and Canada are NOT accepted. You must present a declaration page that was issued at least 15 days before your rental start date.

Renter Responsibilities+

Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was provided. The vehicle must be clean, free of damage, and fully functional.

Fuel Policy

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. Failure to do so may result in a refueling charge.

Mileage

Mileage limits may apply to certain rental agreements. Exceeding the agreed mileage allowance will result in additional per-mile charges. Check your rental agreement for details.
