Drop off instructions

  • Customers must drop-off the rental vehicle at the location stipulated by the representative and the customer.
  • Failed to comply might lead to extra charges on your rental.
  • Drop-offs at different locations are available by request with an extra charge.
  • Drop-off must be done at the time stipulated in the rental agreement, if the vehicle is dropped off after an hour of said time it’ll be considered an extension for an extra day, and it will be charged to the customer with the daily rate at the moment of the extension.

Driver requirements

  • Minimum rental age is 21 years.
  • A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
  • Maximum rental age is 75 years.
  • A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
  • A young driver surcharge of USD 12.99 per day will apply for driver's aged from 21 years to 24 years.
  • A senior driver surcharge of USD 12.99 per day will apply for driver's aged from 70 years to 75 years.
  • The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
  • Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
  • In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, and a booking voucher.

Insurance Coverage

  • The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
  • Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country (ies): USA.
  • Renter must provide proof of own insurance.
  • Acceptable proof of insurance must include an insurance declaration page, liability insurance (SLI) with a 300,000 USD liability limit, Property Damage Liability (PDL) coverage with a limit of 300,000 USD. Must have $500 deductible max.
  • If using their own insurance, renters must provide an insurance ID card with the exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. Our company works with the following insurance companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity.
  • In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above and/or the coverage required, the customer will need to purchase insurance at the counter.

Geographical Restrictions

Our vehicles cannot be driven out of the State of Florida. Any renter who fails to comply with these conditions will be charged a penalty fee of $500.00 plus a mileage charge of $0.30 per mile.

Security Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit of $1000 to $1500 will be blocked on the customer's credit card. This may be reduced to $300 when purchasing CDW. The deposit must be paid with a CREDIT CARD ONLY. This deposit will be released 25 business days, depending on your bank, after the vehicle’s return.

Mileage Policy

Florida residents:

  • Limited Mileage - 125 miles per day and 1200 miles per month.
  • For excess miles an additional charge of USD 0.99 per mile will apply.

Non-florida residents

  • Unlimited miles

Out of hours fee

The regular business hours are 7am to 9pm. Clients who arrive before 7am or after 9pm an Out of hour fee of $70 will apply.

Tolls services

E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.

  • An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
  • E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 14.99 USD per day.
  • Prepaid tolls are available for 19.99 USD per day.
  • If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 30 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
  • If the customer removes the Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of 250 USD will apply.

Fuel policy

If the fuel was not prepaid at the moment of your rental, the vehicle needs to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was given. If the car is dropped off with less gas we will charge an administrative fee of $25 plus $9.00 per gallon.

Payment methods

Credit Card is accepted for rental and security deposit. Debit Card and cash are accepted only for rental payment, not the security deposit. Only credit cards with main drivers’ full name written on them are accepted.

Not accepted for Security Deposit:

  • Someone else’s card (including family members)
  • Any virtual payment (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc..)
  • Any debit card
  • Any Revolut Card
  • Cash

Optional extras and services

Additional Drivers

Adding additional drivers is allowed. There is an additional charge for each driver. Must have a valid drivers license, must be at least 21 years old up to 75 years old.

  • Car seat: $9.99
  • Booster seat: $9.99
  • Additional driver : $9.99

Cancellations Policy

Reasons for cancellation include: Fake ID, no valid insurance, no credit card under the driver’s name, no show.

One Way/Drop-off Policy

One way fees cannot be cancelled after picking up the car all instructions will be given to the customer at the time of pick up.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Every rental will be charged with federal tax, state tax and airport fees.

Road Assistance

All assistance needed customer must call to the office to request it.

Accidents & Incidents

In case of accident after calling 911 customer must call the office to get assistance, assistance may very depending the type of the accident and and the type of insurance they selected, if the assistance given to the client is not included in the coverage selected at the counter extra charges may apply at the time of return. As soon as the customer comes back with their rental we will do an inspection to the vehicle and a damage report to determine if customer has an amount due with us or provide them with the documentation needed to file a claim to their insurance provider.

General Conditions

  • Grace period: 1 hour.
  • NO REFUND POLICY AND NO REFUND ON EARLY RETURNS.
